The biggest pro of choosing a Chromebook over a Windows machine has to be battery life. It’s night and day.

I purchased the Samsung Chromebook Plus 15.6″ a few weeks. Even though this was first out in late 2024 and I am quite impressed with it. By checking the serial # area on the back I see where my particular unit was built 11/25. In addition the native display is 1536 x 864 and not the 1600 x 900 as was the original SKU. This confirms to me that Google is still paying attention to both the hardware as well as the software going forward. Because of the unbloated OS, things run noticeably faster. I am hoping that Google stays with this plan into the Google book OS that is richer in features?
